SO HAPPY we found Recovered Glass for our broken window!! Anthony is amazing. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgable and a great communicator - I knew immediately that we were in good hands. We had a broken pane in a three-panel kitchen window. Fearing the worst, and knowing nothing about windows except: replacing = expensive... I called around, some companies needed a week just to send an estimator. Meanwhile, there’s broken glass by the busiest place in our home with three dogs. I resigned myself to spending too much money and feeling lucky if I didn’t get oversold a whole new set of windows — thankfully that didn’t happen. Enter Anthony & Recovered Glass! He was able to get our window fixed at a reasonable & fair cost, and in record time. I emailed pictures of the broken window, and in hours was sent a rough estimate and appointment time for the next day for measurements. When Anthony arrived, he clearly explained the process to replace the glass, took measurements and covered fabrication timing. We were beyond relieved to find out that our fix was NOT buying a whole new window! We paid our deposit the same day, and he had our order processed right away. Communication was perfect throughout the project. I had updates from Anthony at every step, and he was able to complete our job WAY BEFORE we expected. Installation was fast and zero mess. We felt that we could trust Anthony from the start, and he exceeded expectations. If you need a SIMPLE SOLUTION to glass repair, you’ve found it. We are so thankful we found Recovered Glass, and are planning future projects with them!

Dale drove a 1/2 hr out of his way after working a long day in a another city. He gave us a very reasonable estimate on repairing 11 windows in our sun room. We're trying to work with the mfg to honor their glass warranty. Dale is willing to install the mfg's glass or order glass and install it. Either way I would only work with Dale's glass company.
