Highly recommend G&R Landmark for your remodels! They replaced our outdated 'garden' tub with a free-standing, including new tile on floor & surround. Entire job took only 4 days, from demo to finish. Pedro & his team are VERY punctual, communicative, perfectionists, neat, professional! We had VERY MINIMAL DUST, I was SO pleasantly surprised; they did cover things with plastic and they cut the tile outside which I'm sure all helped, and was appreciated by us! Their attention to detail on cutting tile pieces and lining them up to coordinate with existing floor tile was remarkable! We can't wait to use them again for our kitchen sink replacement and/or deck redo! (Tried including pics, but said too small resolution )

I cant say enough great things about Pedro and his team who recently remodeled my master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The quality of their work was absolutely outstanding far exceeding my expectations and better than many other contractors Ive worked with over the past couple of years. His wife Andy is a joy to work with and helped me find better prices on certain items.From start to finish, Pedro and his team demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, were honest, hard-working, and truly trustworthy. They communicated often and always respectful. Every aspect of the project was handled with professionalism and care and the final result is nothing short of stunning.Im already looking forward to having them back to convert my attic into a beautiful new living space. I just love love love what G&R Renovations did with my home!!! they took my outdated dark home and made it Brand New!!! I now have a modern and beautiful kitchen that has tons of light !! And my dingy bathrooms look as though I walked into a SPA!!.. perfect for me to relax after a long day working!!!.. Thank you G&R!!.. I now look forward to coming home!!
