  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing is based off of the average industry pricing in the area that we do work. We are in the middle ground for the average for our industry area. We offer 10% discount for veterans and work with those on a low income so they can know that we consider all classes of people 1st class.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We begin by speaking to them how we can help them. I let them know some of our strengths of our company to assure them we are a competent and professional. We find common ground in conversation to let them know we respect them as individuals. We also look around to see if there might be other issues the customer may not have noticed that would benefit them in the long run. Most of all, we explain our process of work and billing so there are no surprises. We provide them our name and phone number so they can contact us when it's convenient for them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We have combined experience in gutter install, repair, sales, billing, collection, management, finance, and customer service. All 1st Class needs in running our business
