I contacted Sam when my heat went out at 10PM on a Sunday. Fortunately, it wasn’t too cold out and this wasn’t an emergency. He was out our house in about 12 hours and had the issue resolved shortly thereafter. Sam was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He was able to communicate the repairs needed and cause of failure effectively. I highly recommend Sam’s Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

I contacted Sam after receiving an exorbitant quote from my usual HVAC repair company. After seeing his work, I am glad I made the call (and his rates are customer friendly). There were a couple of issues with my HVAC, he patiently figured them out and fixed them for me. I was particularly impressed with his responsiveness. Whenever I texted him, I got a quick reply. I surely will use his services again if a need arises.

Five stars for Sam’s Handyman HVAC! My AC was blowing hot air and my house was unbearably hot. Sam walked me through the repair process and was completely transparent with the costs of the parts. Sam has great prices and he’s extremely fair. I will continue to use his services for all future repairs.
