I contacted Rubio Brothers via Thumbtack. They came out immediately and gave me a fair quote to replace the fascia and soffit and then started the job within two days.
Once they arrived on site, they immediately discovered more extensive roof damage due to years of neglect.
The guys gave me a fair quote on the spot and showed up first thing the following morning. The job took 3.5 days to complete and I now have a modern rubber membrane roof with new fascia and restored soffit.
The team did everything they said they would on time and on budget. They were also very professional and punctual every day. I would definitely recommend Rubio Brothers!!!
