We do not manage any other bathrooms when we are working on yours. 3. All work is completed internally. We do not sub-contract any work. We have highly skilled, full time team members. For the duration of your bathroom update you will see the same 2 man team every day from start to finish. This allows us to control quality, timeliness of completion and communication. 4. We know how to communicate. Each day you get an update from our team on progress and next day plans. 5. We genuinely care; we are in your home and your space. We will always be respectful of that. Our sincere care comes across in the quality of our work, our daily clean up and our communication.

Sky and his team did a great job with my bathroom remodel! Once they started the job, they showed up every weekday, were always friendly and courteous, and completed the project in exactly the time frame they had promised. The cost stayed within the budget, and Sky was great about communicating throughout. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Sky and his team did the unheard of, a full master bathroom remodel in under 8 days. This included extra work in painting and reflooring the adjacent bedroom. I had a great experience from the first quote until completion. I would definitely work with them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we give you a quote, that is the quote. Building bathrooms is our only job. We know how much it will cost to build a bathroom and we price it correctly from the beginning. This means we have no reason to increase the price once we get started on your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can always start with a phone call if you are just trying to get a “ball park” number for long term planning. If you think you are ready to start it is probably best to meet in person so we can review your bathroom project, hear your vision, and get you an exact quote you can count on. We will provide a written quote. Once you approve the quote we will discuss scheduling, desired materials, and next steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each one of our guys our true craftsmen with extensive experience building bathrooms. All of our team members are skilled in plumbing, carpentry, electrical and of course all excellent tile finishers.
