We hired Josh to do a complete encapsulation of our basement in June 2020. Our house was built in 1984 and we discovered during a bathroom renovation that there had been a water leak that was undetected, causing some moisture issues under the house. We contacted Josh and he came out to asses our crawl space and noticed the moisture and also mold growing. He was very prompt, and professional. He provided us with a quote to place a vapor barrier and dehumidifier in the crawl space of our home. The professionalism and detailed information regarding the condition of the crawl space of our home was the main reason for hiring Josh. Since then we have recommended him to several people and will continue to do so.

Josh and his team were able to make the necessary repairs and applied appropriate waterproofing to a foundation we were having issues with. As a General Contractor, professionalism and timeliness are a must for all of our jobs. He will be the one call for all of our jobs in the future!
