I hired Mark to tear out some brick skirting on my modular home and replace with vinyl skirting. Mark was very prompt with providing a quote and he was able to work the job in with his schedule. Mark did outstanding work for me yesterday rescreening my sliding door, installing 2 light fixtures, rechaulking the tub, getting windows working for me that were not opening and a few other little things I needed repaired around the house. He will be returning to build a handrail for the front steps when weather improves temperature wise. We also discussed my wood deck/cement patio, kitchen countertops/backsplash and window replacements. He was courteous and I did not need to clean up in any of the areas he did work. Thank you, Mark!!!!!

Mark did a great job on the 4 projects I hired him to do. He finished a storage closet with drywall taping and mudding, trim, and paint and it looks great. He also replaced rotted wood trim on a window and patched a cracked window sill, replaced slit wood breathing on two garage doors and painted everything. Mark adjusted a pocket door that had been hard to close and now it works. All projects were done within expected time estimate and within agreed rate. No extra or hidden expenses like some will use. He was on time and courteous and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I will call him for my next project and give Mark a high recommendation if you need a handyman contractor.
