Michael was professional and was able to replace my hot water heater for my 3rd floor unit in less than 3 hours. Installation was great and price was much better than the big stores and other local plumbers. I highly recommend him and his business.

Michael is friendly and helpful, but is not clear on pricing, and then price gouges at end of service. Recently simply used my garden hose to clear an air handler drain pipe, left me with excess water to clean up, and charged me 2x what others quoted. I do not recommend Michael.
