I should have known this wasn’t a good fit when she asked if I wanted the kitchen cleaned. I had to ask her to clean several obvious items- shampoo in the shower, dust on tables, emptying waste baskets etc. When I asked if she had swept the stairs she asked if I had said I wanted them cleaned. I was confused as I had requested my whole house cleaned. I ended up recleaning most areas as I got sick of continually asking her to redo it. The scent of the cleaners she did use were really overwhelming. I’ve had my home professionally cleaned for years in Raleigh and have never had an experience like this.

Did ok job. My house is 3400 sq ft and she was only there for 90 minutes - which didn’t seem like much. Asked me to do a walk through while trying to make dinner so didn’t notice much, but later realized didn’t vacuum stairs or kitchen; kids tub. Ok for superficial clean. Also let clients know cash only prior - almost didn’t have enough to pay her.
