- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually, it's the sellers that pay for commission when listing their home. Buyers, do not usually pay for commission. The rate varies and is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know my buyers/sellers. This helps determines what are their needs and wants are when buying/selling their home. For buyers, I can connect them to a loan officer to help them get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan and I will get them set up on a search that meets their home buying criteria. For sellers, I will create a specific marketing plan made specially to for them.
