We are happy with the plumbing work which was completed. Very nice job. The amount of dust due to cutting tile was not explained. There were no sheets or shoe protection available from the company. This caused an extra cleanup which was not expected. Also our personal items were on the vanity counters and were covered with tile dust. A quick cleanup attempt was made by the plumber, but I cleaned everything, both bathrooms after he left. There wasn't a great concern by him as to the amount of dust created and tracking it through the house. I mentioned they should use sheets and was told if the homeowner was concerned about dirt they would do this. Had I been aware of the dust I would have removed too items and covered everything. This has never happened to us before with other companies. It should be common courtesy to explain the procedure and make an attempt for minimal cleanup.

We hired One Call to replace an old toilet and flange. They were very easy to schedule with and responsive to my questions ahead of time. Day of we received a notification the plumber was on his way with his picture, name and info. He was punctual and professional. Our shut off valve at the toilet wasn't working and the supply line wouldn't connect to the new toilet properly so we ended up replacing those as well. I would hire them again.
