Santi was easy and convenient to contact for a quote to refinish our hardwood floors. The price was fair and the crew showed up on time, completing the work when promised. They cleaned up every day and we didnt have any problems with dust. Exceptional service!

I am very pleased with Santi Hardwood floors. I had them replace the old pine floor I had in the kitchen with oak, which is what I had in the rest of the house. They did a great job connecting the floors and making everything look like new. You can't tell the difference between the new floor and the old one they restored. I highly recommend them!
Santi Hardwood Floors's reply
Thank you Maria so much for this review! We're thrilled the new oak floor in your kitchen turned out so well . It's great to hear you can't tell them apart from the original oak hardwood floors in the rest of the house. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this and for the recommendation!

My husband and I had such a great experience with Santi Hardwood Floors! They recently transformed our home with white oak flooring throughout our first-floor basement, hallway, and two sets of stairs. The floors look incredible theyre so shiny, bright, and elevated, and the whole space feels completely transformed.Ill be honest that it was an expensive project, but hardwood flooring is an investment, and we feel like we got a beautiful result that was worth it. We also had some very tricky areas with walls that werent perfectly straight, and the Santi team did an amazing job working with those challenges. Our floors look seamless and perfect! One of my favorite parts of working with Santi was that theyre a small, local business that feels genuinely connected to the Durham community. I actually met Julio (owner) at a marathon and recognized his Santi-ad wrapped car, which was a great conversation starter! I had been nervous about having strangers from a large company in our home, so working with a business I felt connected to and could trust was really important to me.Adriana, the store manager, and Mario were both exceptionally professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the project. They were responsive, thoughtful, and clearly cared about doing a great job. Were so happy with the results and really appreciate the entire Santi team. I hope this review helps spread the word about what an awesome local business they are!
