I have an older home I am renovating built in 1962 and the floors were in very bad condition. I had water damage from roof leaks, the finish had been totally neglected to the point where the bare wood was very worn. Due to significant humidity issues in the crawlspace there were pretty large gaps throughout the house caused when I addressed the issue and the wood dried outTo add to these challenges I had renovated the kitchen and installed my own hardwood floors but I accidentally used red oak instead of the currently installed white oak. I also had converted a bathroom back into a bedroom so there was quite a bit of patching I had to do.Despite all these challenges, Leo and his team were able to come in and do a beautiful job blending the old and the new flooring despite the fact the species are different. I can barely see any transition between the two. The gaps are completely eliminated and the black water damage is gone.They did all this in less than three days and were very professional. Excellent communication throughout the processI highly recommend!!

I had a water leak in my kitchen in November 2024..the insurance company referred to their companies and I fired them right away. Short after that I found Leo. He came out to my house and give me a great estimate. I trust him right away. Him and his crew came out to my house and take care business right away. Great crew and great attitude all of them. I definitely recommend him to take care any Cain a floor. As right now he is going to do my office for my next project. I can't wait to see this done..all I can said Leo is the easiest going person..you won't have any problems just solutions I mean it..you won't be disappointed
