I wanted this to really work. The couple came and gave me a quote on a Wednesday to clean my Airbnb unit. I was out of town and explained to them what needed to be done via phone. When they were done I paid them the $180 agreed on for 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and the common area. This was very expensive since the house is pretty clean but it was last minute so I paid. When the guest got there the room had not been cleaned. I thought there must have been some mistake so I called the company on Sunday and the husband was very apologetic and agreed to come clean the place in the next two days, stating he would call me that night with details. I didn’t receive a call so I text Monday morning asking when they’d make it over. I received an apology text stating he’d call that evening. Tuesday came around and my next guess is checking in on Wednesday (which he was aware of), so I ask if I need to make other arrangements and that was the last correspondence. So basically I paid $180, got noting in return besides promises and apologies, neither of which is helpful to me or my guest.
