I do have set prices but I am will to negotiate based on the scope of work and estimated completion time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a consultation to meet with the client or customer to hear their needs and assess if I am able to provide my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of career experience working with both large and small businesses. I started as an entry level receptionist and customer service representative and gained knowledge and education over the years. Through various promotions and training opportunities, I was able to learn and develop different skills to continue to advance my career.
