FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer one-time lesson purchases, monthly subscription plans (4 lessons/mo.), and semester packages (12 lessons) for your convenience. Both the monthly subscription plans and the semester packages are at a discounted rate. The only way to secure a consistent time for your lesson is to either join our subscription plan, purchase a semester package, or to prepay for the amount of lessons that you would like upfront. There are no enrollment fees whatsoever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making inquiry, we will work to find a date and time that works for you at your first lesson. We normally require a credit or debit card on file, but will never charge it unless you decide to pay upfront, or on the time of your lesson. After your lesson, within a business day or two, our owner will personally call you to gather your experiences at your first lesson, and to see if you are interested in continuing lessons. If so, great! We will never pressure you to commit - Our number one priority is making sure that you feel comfortable, safe, and concern and your decision to work with us. If you decide not to continue, we have a list of businesses that we know are of great rapport that we'd be happy to refer you to for your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are degreed with a Bachelors in Music at the minimum. Some are pursuing graduate studies and beyond, while others are looking for pedagogical certifications by top conservatories in the country. In addition, all of our staff are active musicians and performers in the area, performing with other local colleagues, all the way up to Grammy nominated/winning musicians.
