- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is built around a professional session fee plus the images you choose. Your session fee covers the studio time, lighting setup, posing/expression coaching, and a curated proof gallery. Retouched final images are purchased separately (or included in select packages), and pricing varies based on how many images you need and the level of retouching. Commercial/brand usage (ads, billboards, large campaigns) may require additional licensing—personal and standard professional use is typically included. No surprise fees; you’ll see your options up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick consult (message or call) to confirm your goals—actor headshots vs. professional branding—and the look you want. Prep guidance: wardrobe tips, timeline, and what to bring so you arrive confident. The session: I direct posing and expression throughout and fine-tune lighting as we shoot. Proof gallery delivered after your session so you can select favorites. Retouching + delivery: I professionally retouch your final selections and deliver high-resolution files (with web-ready versions available).

My training comes from years of professional, real-world work in studio portraiture and commercial photography—focused on lighting, posing, expression coaching, and high-end retouching. I’ve also invested heavily in continuing education through workshops and ongoing industry study to stay current with modern headshot and branding standards.
