I can not say enough good things about Specialized Plumbing!! We had a fairly urgent plumbing issue, and they responded promptly to my online request. When they heard what was going on, they went the extra mile and came out on a weekend to address the issue. They were professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. I needed help with the plumbing water leaks. Jones Plumbing was available to schedule a visit. I liked their punctuality and responsiveness. However, after inspection of the issue, I was told a quote prior to the work and in 15mins later they bumped up the quote.
As I see it's a straightforward work and the technician was hardly in the property for 15min. I didn't see value and Professionalism in their service.
