We replaced 650 sq of carpet with Brazilian Teak (Cumaru) hardwood flooring. The wood was unfinished when be bought it. Seance immediately responded to my request for a bid, showed up on-time for the estimate, and completed the install and finish with great attention to detail. The floors and shoe molding look awesome!

They delivered Hwd planks to be acclimated on time and installed wood floor as promised. The site manager cares about his work and spend long time to match the color of shoe molding. The crew is cheerful and polite. Great experience with the whole process. Will definitely hire them again if future opportunity comes up.

Ricardo is a gem: he's careful, thorough, skilled, creative and faair. He meticulously pressure washed my home, front porch and deck, paying close attention to my new plants to protect them from his cleaning solution. He also diluted some solution. Ricardo has a sophisticated sense of design, and he left my deck furniture in an artful--and practical-arrangement on my deck. He's a real find since he also gardens, does carpentry and is knowledgeable about wood and tile.

Exterior siding/trim boards replaced. John replaced rotting wood siding, corner boards, and window sills and a front post holding my roof up over my front porch. Work performed was excellent, he cleaned everything up perfectly. Weather was horrible, probably the worst weak of the year because it was so cold, he still did what he could when it wasn't raining or snowing. Weather caused delays, out of his control. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for home repair.

Karges Black Sheep at short notice sanded our hardwood floors in preparation to lay down vinyl plank flooring. The work was excellent and the overall outcome superb. I would hire them again.

I had hardwood flooring underneath carpet in our upstairs area of our office. Others told me that it was subflooring or it would be too damaged to try to refinish. But Brian came in and was confident that these floors were salvageable!! They are absolutely gorgeous now! He loves what he does and believes in keeping hardwoods intact and keeping the original woodwork of the past. I'm glad I called.

Alex and his crew did a total renovation of my wife's law office. He build walls, added a kitchen and conference room, installed wood laminate throughout the office, vinyl in then kitchen and completely renovated the bathrooms. He painted the entire office as well. They job came in on time and we were very happy! We highly recommend.
