I had hired 4 different contractors to remodel the back half of my house. Very large tree had fell over from the hurricane. I had problems with first 2 contractors showed up and them them about 10 mins to look at the tree damage to the bathroom and 2 different bed rooms and basement foundation. Then they both gave me a bid for just the remodel. I had to find someone to get the tree out the way .My friend from church had told me that her son in law did side work. I gave him a call .we got together on a Saturday morning. This young man had his equipment on the trailer and another person with him .while we were talking ,he already had the other older guy setting out chainsaws,pulling off a digging device with tracks on the machine .I ask him how much would it cost. He told me that let him start on the tree removal first,then the time they finish hauling off the tree and debris .that would give me enough time to decide how much the job were worst to me. They complete the next day.i paid him off. Then the next three contractors were horrible at keeping there word. After 3 months of disappointment .I had went to Sunday morning church and seen Mr.Erwin and his family. After service. We had talked about the process of my house being under construction. He told me that if I needed him to let him know. I got his phone number. I had to go court later over the other 2 contractors that cost me time and money over my house remodel. This went on for over a year. Took care of that finally. I called Mr Erwin and he came out and started demoing, started from the basement foundation pour concrete footings ,walls,lifted the other rooms build and pour supports,installed beams,install the foundation, crawlspace, subfloors, walls,roof,then built and completed my house in a timely manner. All of this work on the weekends, because he had a full time job during the week. Only time he took off from his full time job was to pour concrete. I had him to come pour a 100'x60' pole barn pad before Thanksgiving. Now waiting for the weather to warm up to finish the pole barn. This young man have the key to my gate .trust.
