- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather their needs, quote them for the work, perform the work and follow up with them to ensure they are 100% happy with our work. We understand that happy customers tell other customers to hire us. It’s a win win for everyone involved!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started in low voltage/telecom where we primarily worked with business customers building or repairing their data/phone networks. We have since then moved into full scale electrical to include low voltage work and expanded into more residential.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We ran data outlets and installed a network rack for the Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. We also installed a electrical receptacle behind their TVs so they wouldn’t have any cords hanging.
