- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and straightforward. We give free estimates and we make sure you know the cost up front. No hidden charges, no surprises. We work with you to fit the project into your budget while still giving you quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start by coming out to see the job in person. We listen to what you want, take some measurements, and then give you an honest estimate. Once you are ready to move forward we set a schedule and stick to it. The owner is on site to make sure the work is done right and we always keep the space clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience in remodeling, flooring, painting, drywall, and tile work. Our crew has learned the trade by putting in the time on real projects and always finding better ways to do the job. We are also licensed and insured in North Carolina.
