My pricing is fair and straightforward, with no hidden fees. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, and after-hours services are available for an additional charge. I occasionally offer discounts for multiple documents or repeat customers. Before any appointment, I make sure pricing is discussed clearly so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and stress-free: 1. We start with a quick ****, ****, or ***** to confirm the type of document and your needs. 2. I verify the ID requirements and schedule a convenient time and location. 3. On arrival, I review the document with you, confirm identity, and complete the notarization carefully and efficiently. 4. I provide any guidance for next steps, such as mailing or filing instructions if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NNA Certified, Background Screened, and E&O Insured. I also hold specialized training as a Loan Signing Agent, I-9 Verifier, and Field Agent. Continuous professional development through notary training programs ensures that I stay updated with best practices and compliance requirements in North Carolina.
