The scheduling to view the deck and provide an estimate was a great experience. Ruben arrived a few minutes early, answered my questions, provided an itemized quote w/ discount built in and a 5 yr warranty. M&D weren't the lowest or highest of the competition. They were in the middle. I made my selection based on the interaction w/ Ruben and the warranty was more important than price to me. I'll reserve my overall review after the project is completed.

I love David, beautiful work. Very pleased. My daughter told David what she wanted and he delivered. There were delays. Tyler doesn't return phone calls. David aims to please. There has been miscommunication about the final inspection from 11/2021.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we meet with our clients at the property to discuss their needs and desires. We factor in short and long term goals to develop a priority list and overall strategy for their home improvement. Directed by a budget and a target scope of work, we deliver only the highest quality of materials available in order to complete the project. Our sales team maintains continual contact with the homeowner throughout the entire home improvement process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are factory certified with all manufacturers that we use. We are also VSI certified and licensed, bonded and insured in the state of North Carolina.
