- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the initial visit there is a discount for customers returning at least every 30 day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a Health Information for by email, or have it filled out in my office, to find out about any issues you have had in the past as well as any other medical issues or medicines I might need to know about. There is also a section where you can tell me what outcome you are looking for in a massage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I usually take at least 12 hours of continuing education each year.
