- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are too many variables for a set price but I will confirm the bid in writing at time of inspection. A 3x5 Stand-up Shower starts at $3,800 for labor. Floors start at $ 10 s/f labor for straight-lay, thin - set mortar application. Floors over 200 s/f will be discounted. Heated floors are $3 per ft for installation of the heating mat and wire; not including materials. I will gladly pick up the tile purchased by the customer at no charge.

Inspect work area for firm sub-floor or any potential problems, confirm bid, answer any questions, and set up schedule.

40+ years of on the job experience in all applications.
