- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do. I am currently in the process of obtaining a A+ technician certification, which is a key in this industry. I also try to stay in tune with the technical news, so I kind provide my clients with vital insight when consulting.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
PC tune-ups and virus removals have been the most common types of work thus far.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise a potential customer to adhere to how interested a provider is about their problem. It is safe to say that as humans we filter providers out by comparing pricing. The cheapest typically wins. That's understandable. But one key that I think is missing in this industry is the concern for the people. Yes I would appreciate your business as it helps me stay in business, but most importantly is the opportunity to engage in the problems you're experiencing and finding a solution to the problem.
