We hired Earlene to come by for about an hour everyday of our week-long vacation to play with and walk our two border collie-australian shepherd dogs (one 11 years, one only 4 months). She was fantastic! She sent a photo by text every afternoon and let us know how the dogs were doing. It was very reassuring and quite a nice touch.
She had not been hired on Thumbtack prior to this, so there were no reviews. But, she happily provided four excellent references: two other pet-sitting contacts and two professional contacts.
We had her stop by the house prior to our vacation. She listened carefully to what we needed, asked good questions, and really made sure to understand our needs. Additionally, her pricing was far and above better than the other commercial sitting services.
Besides that, Earlene is a pleasant, friendly person and our dogs just loved her. She gave them lots of loving attention and it was reassuring to know they were in good hands.
I highly recommend Earlene's Pet Sitting Services and, without a doubt, will be hiring her again in the future.
