- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is some of the lowest in the market. For long distance simply renting a truck in your name can save hundreds or thousands of dollars. When we travel long distance we don't travel with a team saving you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd like to talk with our customers first by phone to get a feel for what we're doing and moving. Discuss pricing ect...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a U-haul equipment dealer, Licensed realtor, and know the ins and outs of moving. Weather it be local in town or long distance. We have a unique system that lets us get the job done in a professional timely manner. (Just to give you an idea of our dedication the owner has had 15 days off in 5 years. )
