- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers pay a one time fee for their plan. Plans start at 6 weeks and go in increments of 2 weeks from there. The customer never pays until they see their plan and understand it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a link to access my personal app where they fill out all information pertaining to their past health and future goals. I than begin making their exercise plan which includes exercise videos, their meal plan, grocery list, and recipes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, USA Weightlifting level 2 coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Specialist in Exercise Therapy.
