Introduction: I have been a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor for more than 15 years. I work with individuals and groups on exercise and nutrition, to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Some of my specialties are TRX, boxing on the bag, boot camp/circuit training, weight training, and triathlon training.
My personal experiences, which enhance my training, include racing motocross, two fitness competitions, running (5ks to marathons), triathlons (super sprint to Ironman), and cycling, both outdoors and indoors.
I lead clients in person but also give workouts online with either a written program or video or both, which includes 24-hour online support.
