I received a phone call regarding my request for service within minutes. Andrew and Devin came within a few hours, took care of the issue I had identified and also installed a water cut off valve for my house during the same visit. Andrew was very helpful. His price quotes are very reasonable and the best part is you get immediate responses. Gas connector to the water heater was leaking. He first validated that it is indeed leaking and replaced it with a new connector. ( made sure there are no further leaks). Also, he diagnosed some issues with the thermal expansion unit which could reduce the lifespan of the heater. (which I will get it fixed later).
