AnyDay heating and cooling were able to come quickly. It turned out my very old system needed to be completely replaced and my technician, Josh, called and got a project manager, Jacob, to be able to come out that day. They listened to my needs and did a thorough inspection of my system. They walked me through the options and were very patient in explaining things to me. The system was replaced and working the very next day and Omar and Jamie were respectful efficient while installing the system. They made sure it worked well and walked me through it. I really appreciate everyone teaching me as well and making sure the system was right for my needs. I was very impressed that they were able to get my system working so quickly and I am thankful for everyone working on getting it done.

We had our heating not working , and the person who came to look at it , rewired couple of wires saying it was not properly setup before, and removed the furnace transformer and connected the wires directly,saying honey well doesn’t need much power. so we don’t need transformer. But I am really not sure why did he got rid of the existing transformer and connected wires. Which was working. I don’t think bypassing the transformer is a professional. When asked they person said they have surge protection plan which can protect unit , but I still don’t get it why they removed the transformer and offering the surge protector. I had surge protection from duke , when I showed it , the person said it’s not the surge protection . But I am paying duke every month for surge protection. All I saw was offering plans , and I still don’t know why the hvac person from this company removed the transformer from the furnace.
