We try to figure out what works for the individual while being mindful of our business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client in a way that works for both sides, in that, if scheduling is difficult maybe a teleconference is preferred or possibly a location that is more convenient. The importance is providing great service and communication.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions and be honest. You know your life and the problems you are facing and have an idea of how you would want them resolved. Due to the nature of our work, it is important that you feel comfortable with the individuals who will be representing your interests.
