- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commissions are typically paid by sellers at closing. I do not charge ANY Upfront retainers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking my time. With sellers I typically ask for an initial meeting in the home that can last 1 1/2-2 hours covering most of the initial work, what the process looks like, and any recommendations on preparing the property for the market. With buyers, we work on making sure the financing is in order before house hunting. There is nothing more heart breaking than to find your dream home but have to redirect our plans because the money side wasn't taken care of.
