- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons are 30-minutes in length and occur weekly. Most of my lessons are booked back~to~back so our lesson begins at the time agreed upon, please be prompt:) Full payment of the lesson is due at time of booking. Cancellation Policy: no-show cancellations forfeit full payment. Cancellations due to emergencies or illness, and made within 24 hours of booking can be rescheduled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial lesson is for me to get to know you, learn about you and what you like musically and otherwise. Then we will jump right in to some learning together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Music Degree with an emphasis in Performance.
