Victor did a great job. Would hire him again for future projects. He did an ethernet installation for me on my second floor. Involved work in the attic, running wire through the walls, etc.
Tim and his crew have now completed 2 jobs for us at our property. The first was to finish installing vinyl shutters and do extensive plaster work on the ceiling of our garage where there was water damage. The second was to do a number of smaller projects related to dog and use damage, from replacing a window sill and baseboards, to installing new wood floor transitions, grout repair and recaulking a shower upstairs. Without exception all of this work was completed to the letter of what we had asked. It was also done in a much quicker manner and more professional manner than my wife or I could have accomplished. Tim was also very responsive with both e-mail and phone communication, and the price was also fantastic. I would highly recommend them for any project you might have as we've been very happy with them on both of our projects.
Charles, Cory and Luis did a fabulous job with our bathrooms and basement renovations. They do quality work and are super easy to work with. Thank you so much! Our house looks amazing.
Jeremy was the best HANDYMAN ever. There is nothing he cant do, do it well, quickly. I had two (2) 8x10 sheets of things to do for me, from moving electrical wires, installing undercounter kitchen lights, installing cabinet doors' and drawers' hardware that had none previously, holding up heavy mattress so I could put bed skirt on, installing storage cabinets, shelves, in my garage...and more and more.. He always goes one step further to make sure the client is happy. We moved my "office/craft" room around..his idea..and then fixed the mangle of wires left behind by the cable/phone/internet worker. The room now feels spacious and extremely more useable. When I need something done, you can bet Mr. Jeremy Ashley will be my first call. Barbara Smith, Greensboro, NC
I am an architect, renovating my own home - that means I am very particular! Ours is a modern aesthetic. Phil and his crew framed the project. The guys made quick work of some very challenging framing areas - we turned an attic into a second story without removing the roof, adding significantly to the structural requirements of the floor, walls, and roof system. They reframed an area on the first floor that did require removing part of the roof - note, we lived in the home during this entire process. They took advantage of a 5-day dry weather streak and had that part complete and dried in, so we were never at risk with the rain. Additionally they added an exterior roof over a future deck - I will definitely be having them back to put that together in a few weeks! Again, I had a very precise post, beam, and rafter layout, and they did it beautifully. I found the crew to be respectful, and responsive to my requests for very specific layouts and window openings. They also installed the windows, most of which were very large with not much room to maneuver. I felt comfortable discussing pricing, change orders, and schedule with Phil. He works hard to keep his customers happy. Thanks Phil - and crew!
Sam,Travis, and Dom did a great job on completing my bathroom and laundry room (basement) renovations; paying attention to detail. They were very professional, yet warm and friendly. Great guys, great team!
Bob installed an attic access with a pull down ladder and flooring in the attic space. He was very professional, timely and right on point with his quote. He was reasonably priced compared to a few other quotes. He kept me informed with updates on progress. In addition to being professional, Bob was also very friendly and personable. Highly recommend and will have him back to do future work.
Hired Michael to replace my kitchen sink with faucet and bathroom faucet. Very satisfied with his work! High quality with very reasonable price! He showed up on time and paid attention to details. He is willing to go extra miles to get the job done! Highly recommended!
We are selling our home and hired Ricky Driver/CSI to repair some inspection items before closing. There was moisture found in our crawlspace, a leak & mold/mildew. He remedied all that in less than 2 days plus repaired our gas fireplace igniter, installed sliding glass closet doors, and so much more. What impressed me the most about his service was his range of capabilities and his empathy to our short time frame & budget. We hired him so close to the xmas holiday too, but he still got the job done working right up until the day before at an extremely fair/competitive price. He was ready & willing to answer our calls, meet us when necessary & provided everything we requested of him to appease the buyer. Moreover, he even agreed to meet the buyer to explain the work done & direct the buyer as to the proper use of the repaired items free of charge. The quality of his work was on par, we requested certain things & he nailed it. If there was anything that could have improved our experience it would have been not having to re-clean the floors of our house afterwards, but no harm no foul. We greatly appreciate Ricky Driver/CSI & would definitely refer his services to anyone looking for a personable and professional contractor. Thanks so much again Ricky & may the Most High bless you & yours!
T R Murphy Construction Company LLC did a home update for me. It required a good amount of work. They did the entire job their selves which was good dealing with one person. They did sub floor repair laminate tile some sheetrock repairs painting and countertops. As well as a few more minor things. I was very pleased. It was fast clean and great quality work. I know other friends who have used them also and I've never heard a negative complaint. Prices are great and customer service is wonderful. Highly recommended!
Ryan and his son did a good job cleaning out the gutters. He also have me a quote on gutter guards knowing I wouldn't be able to buy them right away. The only downer was he couldn't give me the name of the gutter guards for me to investigate them on the net.
My husband and i bought an older 1960's ranch home with an unfinished basement. We knew when we bought it it would need a lot of work but we loved the neighborhood, location and the general layout. WE redid the bathrooms first and used another contractor whom we liked, but felt like we spent more then we needed to for the job we had done, so we thought we should shop around for the next project--which was the kitchen. The kitchen had not been renovated at all, so a lot needed to be done. We had to gut the whole room and start over. We were referred to Charles by another friend who did our custom cabinets. Charles helped us plan out ideas, budget appropriately and kept us in the loop daily with emails and phone calls--we always knew what was happening every week and could plan around it as a result. We felt like we were in the process with him daily but felt like he was looking out for us not just by doing the job but looking out for our budget too. I really felt like we saved money in the long run using him. Having your house torn up for a period of time can make life crazy even under the best of circumstances, but Charles and his crew made it as seamless a process as we had experienced. We ran into some issues with our load bearing walls as we went along, but Charles handled it with minimum disruption -and we appreciated that. I would highly recommend him and his team for any rennovations to your home--big or small. He is a professional--knowledgable, personable and trustworthy--and has a boatload of integrity. And his work is top notch. I'm already planning the next phase of our house and my first phone call will be to Charles and Bluewater. Your home is your largest investment--and you should only trust it and its care to the best.
