We bought a nice pergola and needed an experienced professional to install it as it was a large undertaking I couldn’t manage. New Karma was the first one that popped up on thumbtack. After reading all the five star reviews, I contacted them. From the first inquiry the owner contacted me quickly. I was happy to see he installed the very same pergola previously. He gave me a good price and then the following week him and his assistant Lana showed up. Unfortunately the heat was brutal on the two days they worked outside to install this big boy. They were EXCELLENT!! Very hard working duo they are. Me and my wife were so impressed. They did a meticulously difficult job. We love our new pergola. Thanks to Serge and Lana. They did a complete and thorough job. I highly recommend them if you need a smart hardworking polite company to do your job. Thank you NewKarma!!!
