What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee structure is as follows:
In-Person Notarization:
- $10 per signature
- $20 base travel fee or $0.65 per mile outside of Goldsboro, NC
- $25 to provide a witness (if needed)
Online Notarization:
- $15 per signature
- $5 technology fee (printing, etc..)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have experience working with the public and value exceptional customer service, as a result of being a small business owner for the past 10 years. You can expect patience and experience with training people.
When working with a new customer, I will need a few pieces of information for my notary journal so please plan for approximately 5-15 minutes to take care of administrative tasks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in the field of Information Technology. I have also performed as a trainer on many levels. All of this experience helps me to work well with most people.
