This was the best decision I ever made! Kris is awesome! Maxfit is Not like your usual gym: no uncomfortableness, no cards to scan yourself in, and no messy or sweaty treadmills & equipment! Plus, the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. I am only a few weeks in with place & I can already tell the difference... with me and the people there. So if you are looking for a dedicated, motivated, yet hilarious trainer... Then Kris is your guy & MaxFit is the place to be!

Allen talked to me for a while the first time I came into Fitness One, and helped me select what membership I should start with (21 day bootcamp), and nearly 2 years later I am still an incredibly happy member. Tyson has awesome kickboxing classes. Tyson inspires me to work out and live a healthy life. I am so glad I found him again, and I can do the kickboxing classes.
I met Rudy while working out in a group fitNess class at The Rush now called Gold's gym. I was impressed by his enthusiasm and his encouragement while I was working out so I asked him if he would do personal training with me. I worked with him for several months and saw great improvement with my weight, stamina and overall fitness level. He's a great trainer. He is professional and knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend his services.

Albert was very professional and knowledgeable about fitness and message. I frequently participate in weight lifting competitions so I came to him for a sports massage to relieve pain and discomfort. Not only did he provide a superior massage, but he took his time and explained to me tips on how to warm up prior to weight-lifting, as well as showed me how to maximize my lift. What an excellent experience! I will definitely be going back.
The Coaches at CrossFit Broadreach are compassionate, yes - but they are really focused on results. Functional fitness at it's best - CFB brings challenging workouts that you tackle on an individual skill level, while working within a group (everyone in that hour begins and works on the same skills together, each person works to improve their skill level) -- no one finishes alone. The community and friendships that develop are absolutely amazing. Both are important qualities that elevate CFB from *any* place you may have attended in the past. Every coach is passionate about working with you, is invested in your personal fitness journey -- and -- every time you hit a goal, they are your loudest cheerleaders! (Then you get super excited to set a bigger, faster, better, heavier, etc. NEW goal!) CrossFit Broadreach has truly changed my life. I look forward to pushing myself, discovering what I am capable of achieving, and more importantly: recognizing the areas where I need to work to gain technique and strength. When I joined in 2015, I weighed 200 pounds and could barely do any of the movements in class - Coach always had scaled options for me, movements that nudged me out of my comfort zone - but laid out an attainable goal for that single hour. I still scale many of the workouts, but I am always focused on getting better.. I encourage anyone with even a slight curiosity to come to CFB and learn more.
Vinnie is a great personal trainer who I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and level of fitness. He does a great job mixing up the workouts and allowing you to leave the session feeling that you got the most out of the hour.
