- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is imperative that I stay abreast of the advances in technology and new developments in the industries that I serve in order to be effective. To accomplish this, I review a good deal of literature, such as trade publications, and I attend seminars and training courses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
IHS provides engineeering, education and business services. In engineering, this typically involves assisting in the development or evaluation of a new idea or product. In education, one-on-one tutoring comprises the bulk of the work done. In business services, most work is for development of specialized products, assisting with business setup (registrations, certifications, etc.) or expansion (pursuing funding, etc.)
