I have been a customer of Mr. Jose Nuez/J N Heating And Air for a little over a year and a half now. I have had other companies come out and service my HVAC but I must say that Mr. Nunez has been the best technician that I have ever had. I must be honest and say that when I first saw him, I was a little thrown off by his youthfulness, but once he started to speak, explain to me, and show me in great detail what was happening with my HVAC, and what it would require to fix it, all of my doubt went COMPLETELY out of the window!!! He was even nice enough to explain everything all over again to my boyfriend, who spoke to him on the phone and he, too, was very impressed. Mr. Nunez is very polite, thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and above all professional, and because of these qualities he has become, and will continue to be my technician of choice for maintenance and all issues related to my HVAC. I HIGHLY recommend JN Heating and air for your HVAC needs.

The Air conditioning wasnt working at our home and we were serviced in less than 24 hours. Very professional and wonderful customer service not to mention QUICK! We are grateful for such a great experience because its hard finding businesses with integrity these days but these guys are awesome! 10/10 would recommend!

Working with Jose has been positive in every way. He is knowledgeable about current codes and technical details, promptly responds, and understands the importance of following-up. Jose took extra time to answer questions, showed me defective parts in gas pack system, throughly explained what he was replacing and took detailed video of damage and needed repairs with ductwork. He is personable and an excellent communicator. I highly recommend working with JN Heating and Air.

We had an issue with our HVAC August 2023 and JN heating was called since they were recommended by a church member. The problem was addressed and explained thoroughly. Needless to say the new HVAC was replaced by JN Heating. We can honestly say they are very professional, respectful and honest company I would definitely recommend. The price was reasonable as well. Thank for excellent work JN.
