Lori was the perfect choice for our family photo session. She arrived early, was inspired by the surroundings, and created a calm atmosphere. She expertly choreographed 3 generations of adults and children in 95 degree heat. Her customer service before, during, and following the shoot have been so friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be reaching out to her for future family gatherings to capture milestones and family memories.

Lori was a "Perfect" fit for our Wedding! She captured our Family blended wedding to our vision & she was great to work with! Lori was the perfect choice for us. I've never hired a professional photographer for an event in the past, so had no idea what I was doing. I read Your reviews and met with her about 7 weeks before our wedding ( lucky for us, she was available ). Yesterday we had the perfect wedding, everything went smoothly, no drama, and the perfect photographer who immediately made us all comfortable. She would only share a few of the pictures she took yesterday, but just looking through the viewer of her camera, I know I'm in for a difficult time picking individual pictures, they are all going to be exceptional. One happy bride.

Lori was great to work with...she showed up early to the church to make sure she knew the best places to shoot photos. She was also very flexible, especially when the deacon told us right before the ceremony that absolutely no flash was allowed to be used, which was contrary to what we were told by the church. Lori took it all in stride (while I was freaking out), and the photos still came out beautifully. Her packing is also very well put together. She provides proofs as well as a digital CD. I have dealt with many other photographers who will charge you up the wazoo for your own photos. Lori makes it easy to order through her, or to go through other avenues, and most of all, her pricing is fair. Thank you, Lori!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Active military personnel are eligible for a 10% discount. We believe in simple, straightforward pricing.
Outdoor sessions at local locations are tailored to your needs. Pricing for families (3-5 members) starts at $200 and increases for larger families/groups/reunions, which are priced on a quote basis. As most families desire custom products, prices are subject to market fluctuations. The studio also offers image files for purchase, (additional charge) which are color-corrected and organized, with quotes provided upon request. For the most cost-effective options, we recommend a consultation with a professional photographer.
Studio sessions in Greensboro vary based on theme and complexity. Your first step is to fill out a consultation form. While keeping affordability in mind, please note that professional services incur costs such as insurance, education, and experience.
In-Home Studio sessions are priced based on the scope of work.
Events and Weddings are also priced by quote.
Seasonal packages, discounts for multiple sessions, and "watch me grow" plans are available. Custom packages can be created to meet your specific needs. If you're working with a limited budget, please contact the studio. We strive to accommodate your preferences within your financial constraints.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, I do a brief phone introduction and, if possible, set up an in-person consultation. The studio has found consultations to be helpful for setting expectations. Breaking the ice with small children can be helpful whenever time permits.
For events and location sessions, timelines are crucial for success. If time isn't available, a phone consult is an alternative. A walk through an event/rehearsal would be helpful and will be done if photographer is available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to the Professional Photographers Association (PPA) (trade organization). I have a degree in Graphic Design, college courses in photography and I have been mentored by 2 studios for Weddings & Events. The studio in NC since 2010, and previous experience since 1991 Long Island, NY.
