- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and project complexity. We provide full-service project management, handling everything from planning to completion. We offer competitive pricing in the Greensboro area and surrounding cities. For insurance-related projects, we work directly with the claim to help maximize your coverage. For out-of-pocket projects, we provide clear, detailed estimates with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for larger or bundled projects. A deposit is typically required to secure scheduling and begin material ordering.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection and consultation to understand your project. Then we: Evaluate the full scope of work Provide a detailed estimate Review options and answer questions Schedule the project Manage and complete the work from start to finish We coordinate all trades involved (roofing, drywall, paint, plumbing, etc.) and handle all required permits with the city to ensure the project is completed according to local regulations. For insurance claims, we also assist with documentation and communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, and restoration. We are certified through GAF Roofing , allowing us to install roofing systems according to manufacturer standards and offer strong warranty options. Our team stays updated on building requirements, materials, and best practices to ensure high-quality results.
