- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m new to thumbtack so I’m still figuring out a good price point to be competitive yet still make money… at the end of the day this is a business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will look at the site, materials, discuss budget, timeline, do’s and do not’s, send pictures/videos of the progress to ensure I’m staying within their constraints. Once complete we do final walkthrough together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently obtaining a contractors license, however I have owned and renovated my own properties since 2013.
