Russ & Adrian were a pleasure to work with. My toilet was leaking due to shifting in the floor. Russ was thorough in his initial assessment. He was very communicative and transparent throughout the process. He discussed with Adrian, who would be doing the actual work & they assured me they could make the repairs. Russ provided me with a good number of tile options. The bathroom floor was repaired in one day…earlier than expected. With the cost of things being so high these days, they didn’t try to beat me over the head. This was worth every penny. I would highly recommend Flooring Coverings International.

Mr. Howard and his team made this process from start to finish so easy and stress-free. Mr. Howard came to the home showed me the samples that they had measured the house and gave me two quotes for two different styles. We really love the one that we went with. His team came in did everything that they said that they would do with moving the furniture and putting everything back, they even took pictures of where things were. They finished in the time that they said that they would did some things that needed to be tweaked that I didnt realize, but the process was so easy and stress-free, and we LOVE the new flooring.

Floor Coverings International did a great job. Michael came out to give us an estimate and spelled out everything that they would be doing. They gave us the timeframe that everything would be completed after the materials were delivered. The team that they had working was phenomenal. They were courteous and very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We had four rooms of flooringinstalled and a long hallway. Everything was completed within 3.5 days. The floors look fantastic. We are well pleased with the work that they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have flooringinstalled. One other thing that I thought was really important is that the owners came out after the work was completed to do a walk-through to make sure that everything was as it should be and that we were pleased with the work. They also stopped through periodically while the work must be done. You pay at the end of the job not the beginning. That was a big surprise
