I would highly recommend this company! They were very responsive and kept us updated on our project daily. They removed the existing flooring in each room, which consisted of carpet and ceramic tile and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring in our sunroom and bedroom. They even cleaned up the old flooring and took it off the property. They cleaned up outside where they had to use a saw to cut the new floor. The new floors were placed perfectly and look absolutely gorgeous. The owner wanted to finish our job as quickly as I needed him to because my schedule wouldnt allow me to be home at all the very next week. The owner even worked the morning of Thanksgiving Day to finish up our project. We couldnt be happier. My husband is very conscientious and can immediately spot flaws in just about everything, but not with these floors. They are flawless!

Amazing. We could not be happier with our new floor installed by Sanchez Flooring.We had a brand new wood installed in dining room next to existing original hardwoods in living room. The Sanchez Flooring company accomplished a beautiful seamless transition between rooms. Our house is old and with many challenges but the Sanchez's are skilled and have great attention to detail. The results are stunning.They are a wonderful local professional business. They are prompt, hardworking and with very reasonable rates.
