- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require the initial cleaning to be a deep cleaning. The customer will receive a $25 discount off of the initial cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We suggest the customer go to our website to review which cleaning they would prefer such as standard cleaning or deep cleaning as well as a move in/moveout cleaning. We suggest the customer do a deep cleaning for the first time and then a standard thereafter. However, it is the customer's choice. We then request the booking be made online directly on our website. The customer can choose a date and time and once booked will receive an email confirmation of the booking details. We also take bookings over the phone or can simply walk you through the process online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From the business perspective, the owner has an Accounting and MBA degrees which help with operations and a passion for beautification. All of our cleaners are experienced cleaners as we do not hire anyone without previous cleaning experience of residential or commercial experience. In addition, most of them have owned their own cleaning business in the past.
