I've known Kim for 20 years and she been cat sitter the entire time. She was always great with our cats whether it was feeding, cleaning up after, or playing. Every time I came home, my cats were well fed, happy, with no signs of mess. I would trust her to watch cats and dogs alike!

Kim is terrific, and I would not hesitate to use her for your pet-sitting needs! She is clearly an animal lover, and my cat pretty much fell in love with her! Kim not only took excellent care of my cat, she also watched over my home and left it spotless! She communicated with me daily with cat reports and I felt very comfortable knowing he was in good handsThe report card she left for me warmed my heart, too! Hire Kim. You won't be disappointed :-)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the amount of animals and the distance needed to get to the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Telling them what is expected of me, as their sitter. How I operate and the order in which I do things. There will be no surprises! I also tell them to remember to leave me their vet information. (That is something that tends to be left out) Just in case of any problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPR/FIRST AID FOR CATS AND DOGS
